Jill Brackett is a USCG-licensed Captain with 7+ years of experience in yacht operations across the U.S. and British Virgin Islands on both power and sailing vessels. She brings a strong background in day-to-day operations, crew coordination, logistics, and owner support, with a highly organized and detail-driven management style. Jill plays a key role in ensuring vessels are professionally maintained, schedules and budgets are controlled, and owners enjoy smooth, stress-free yacht ownership.

Reinhardt Conradie is a professional yacht Captain with extensive experience in private and term charter operations, as well as a strong background in the superyacht sector. He has captained a wide range of yachts throughout the Caribbean and previously held senior deck and chase boat captain roles on some of the world’s largest superyachts in the Mediterranean. Reinhardt holds an IYT Master of Yachts 200GT and focuses on technical oversight, vessel condition, maintenance, and refit execution.

Jean-Pete Pyper is a dual-qualified Captain and Engineer with extensive experience in yacht systems, maintenance, and technical operations. He brings a deep, hands-on understanding of mechanical, electrical, and onboard systems, making him a critical resource for troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and refit oversight. As SlackTide’s technical consultant, Jean-Pete supports complex diagnostics, technical projects, and ensures vessels are maintained and operated to the highest professional standards.
